IEEE Transactions on Power Electronics
Research
My work pushes the switching speed and efficiency of wide-bandgap converters without paying for it in noise, losses or degraded reliability. It spans gate-driver design, EMI/EMC mitigation, power-loop layout and the long-term health of GaN and SiC devices. Six selected papers are listed below — journals first, then conference contributions.
