Engineer of the fast lane

I am a French engineer with a doctorate in power electronics, specialized in wide-bandgap semiconductors — GaN and SiC. My work spans converter architecture, gate-driver design, EMI/EMC mitigation and the power-loop layout discipline that MHz switching demands.

Research

Selected papers on SiC dv/dt control, GaN EMI mitigation and WBG reliability, across IEEE journals and conferences.

Projects

Six builds spanning a 3.3 kW GaN PFC, an 800 V SiC charger, gate drivers, EMI metrology and MHz-class firmware.
